With Dropship Delivery your chair will arrive to you via a trusted freight company and in the factory box(es).
The shipping company will deliver your chair to the nearest ground-level entrance (front door, porch, or garage, etc.) of your home, business or apartment building. They will not go up or down steps.
You will be responsible for bringing your chair inside and assembling it. When lifting the chair please seek assistance from your friends or family because the chairs are heavy.
White Glove Delivery & Setup - Approx. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days
Your chair will be shipped via freight to the white glove delivery company and they will contact you to schedule your delivery appointment once they've received it.
With White Glove Delivery & Setup your new chair will be brought into your home or business and assembled/installed.
The white glove delivery technician(s) may or may not have experience assembling a massage chair. They are typically well-versed in assembling furniture.

9 Auto Massage Programs:
Health Mode: Specifically designed for health enhancement that mainly focuses on health aspects like releasing muscle strain, improving blood flow, soothing anxiety, and can potentially help relieve depression. This mode is the default massage mode when you start the chair. Heat therapy is automatically turned on in this mode.
Soft Mode: Applies a VERY soft, mainly air massage throughout the body. This mode is good for a relaxed and comfortable feeling for people that haven’t used a massage chair before.
Demo Mode: Provides a quick full body massage. It combines the best features of all massage modes. It allows the user to experience a bit of everything in a short cycle. Heat therapy is automatically turned on in this mode.
Morning Mode: Designed specifically for morning use, focusing on energizing the body by providing stretching, mobilizing joints, and promoting flexibility with some muscle exercise. Fantastic chair, but touchscreen user interface needs improvement
The chair is very well made and provides a really nice massage. It's great looking, very quiet, and comfortable. Some of the upper back/shoulder actions are a bit on the "violent" side regardless of intensity settings and will take some getting used to; on certain massages it can feel like the chair is trying to eject you and launch you across the room. The touchscreen user interface is TERRIBLE; adjusting neck position almost never works, there is no way to cancel a massage in progress without shutting down the whole thing and starting over, touch sensitivity is unreliable, and it really takes away from an otherwise fantastic chair. It seems that the same touchscreen setup is similar or the same across the Cozzia family of brands so the UI issue is not exclusive to Ogawa. Also both on-screen and in the owners manual there are ZERO descriptions for the specifics of the various massages beyond the name and icon which is not very helpful and basically requires you to try every single variation and take notes. There also is no way to update the tablet with newer software which in 2024 is another huge failure. Overall a good product with a lot of room for improvement in the user interface.

I got the Svago ZGR chair in the color Snowfall. It is so soft and comfortable. The heat is nice to relieve back pain. When I turn on heat and massage I am ready for a nice nap. Very happy with my chair!
