Prime Massage Chairs is an authorized dealer for every product we offer on our website, and all warranties are manufacturer warranties. All warranty service is provided by the manufacturers and you can see their contact information below. All of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, we are not a manufacturer and do not service warranties.

How to file a warranty claim: If you need to contact a manufacturer regarding warranty service, please provide them with your name, order number, brand and model of your item, and the issue(s) you're having.

If you purchased from us and are having issues getting a response from the manufacturer, after you have contacted them and waited up to a few business days (Monday-Friday and non-holidays), please let us know and we can contact them on your behalf.
