Osaki OS 4000T Massage Chair

STILL TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT. THE BOOKLET NEEDS TO BE SIMPLFIED HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO AJUST THE STRENGTH. I AM 80YRS AND WOULD LIKE TO SOFTEN IT DOWN.

If you're referring to the upper body massage strength, under the massage information interface, click the - or + button on the 3D icon to adjust the massage intensity of the upper back muscles, and there are 5 levels of intensity/strength. Doing this should help you find your optimal level of comfort and massage strength.

Great Massage Chair

The chair almost feels as if it’s alive during some of the cycles. My wife and I both love it and use it on a regular basis. I don’t claim it takes away years but it sure makes living with them more comfortable.

It is the perfect chair

I had a cheaper version of this zero gravity chair for ten years and finally spent the money to get the luxury model. Absolutely love it. I upgraded with the memory foam and so glad I did. This should last for the next 15 years. The only drawback is that I am only 5' 4" and my arms are a bit short to reach the manual level to bring the chair back up. Looks beautiful, though, and not much to deal with.
