Order & Shipping Confirmation:

• You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place your order. This means that we have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase and have begun processing your order.
• As soon as we receive your order, we reach out to our supplier to confirm that it is in stock and available for shipment.
• If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via email.
• If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
• Once your order has been shipped out of the warehouse you'll receive an email from us with your tracking information.
