The Osaki Solis is a beautiful chair and it's absolutely loaded with tech! It give a great stretch too.

I did a lot of research before buying my Osaki 4000T and ended up being extremely happy with my choice! I use it every night when I get home from work and, considering how much it costs to use massage chairs in public places, my chair has more than paid for itself. I've actually had mine for two years now and I still love it - it's *almost* as good as having a massage therapist in my home!

One of my favorite features of the Osaki Duomax is the split-track. I love the fact that the rollers massage your upper and lower back at the same time, truly a game changer!

Unlike other massage chairs I've tried, which tend to apply excessive pressure on the calves, this chair takes a gentler approach. To my surprise, the gentler massage not only provided ample relief but also ensured a more enjoyable and relaxing experience.
This chair is a standout choice for anyone looking to elevate their relaxation.

My father has the maestro chair and so I was able to try that one first. I went ahead and bought the best that money could buy, the VIVO 4d plus 2d… And it is amazing and I love it. But there are some aspects to it that I do like more than the maestro, and there’s some aspects to it that are not as good as the maestro …First off the maestro kind of pushed your foot into the roller so hard that it hurt your feet. This one I’d say 50% of the time the rollers aren’t even touching your feet because the airbags squeeze your feet in the way that lift it off the rollers . The same thing goes for the calf rollers. The 4D+ 2D is amazing and I love that aspect of it but it doesn’t have the intensity that the maestro has. I can still get a good massage and find certain things to do what my dad‘s maestro did but the airbags on the maestro on the lower back, and some of the lower back functions Are so intense that I had to turn it down. I always am at maximum intensity on my machine, and I’d say 30 to 40% of the time I would like it more intense . Now that I’ve got the bad stuff out of the way. I would say that they’re both equally suited. The VIVO having the 4D plus 2-D really makes up for some of the stuff that the maestro doesn’t have, but I do think that they could tweak this design, and kind of pair it with some of the ideas of the maestro and you would have the literal perfect massage chair .

I got a great deal on the Osaki Highpointe and just enjoyed a 30 minute massage last night.

I use the Relax program mainly, and it starts off way to harsh but I quickly adjust the roller strength down to its lowest setting and it’s great from there.

My only issue is there are no memory settings that I can save. It isn’t a dealbreaker for me because the settings are easy to change and I can do it quickly.

Overall a great investment and helps me relax.

I love this chair. The quality is great. The remote is easy to use.

You can have heat and/or massage while laying in zero gravity or any reclined position you prefer.

It helps relieve the back pain I have and is easy to return it back to the sitting position when done.

I searched and searched and read all about the different massage chairs. I bumped i into the AmaMedic Hilex. I decided this was the massage chair to fit my needs. Oh was I right. It feels like I went to heaven. I have 2 bulged discs in my back and neuropathy in my legs and feet and I’m m able to walk with less pain after I use the massage chair. I have let family and friends try my massage chair and they agree with me that it feels like heaven.

massage intensity is too intense..... how do I lower the intensity?

My wife and I love our new Osaki Massage chair. I did a lot of research on the many chairs and the providers on the market today. We feel we got a great price on a product that we really felt confident about.
The delivery process was smooth and the customer service was excellent.

I took a leap of faith to order the Osaki massage chair online. Prime massage was very responsive and seemed to be on the up & up. Everything went pretty smoothly, from ordering to in home delivery. After I used the chair, I noticed the bluetooth was not working and the foot massage never turned off. I contact Osaki, who sent out the parts for repair quickly and I am just waiting for them to schedule someone to come to the house to replace the parts. I am very happy with Osaki's customer support as well. What good is a 5 year extended warranty if you don't get a response? I would definitely buy again from Prime Massage Chairs!

The day it was installed, I laid back and slept for a 2 hour nap.

The chair's functions are fine. However, it doesn't allow my legs to stretch out as far as I thought it would.

Beautiful & Highest Quality materials used. I know it is more of a Zero Gravity Chair but the back massage part of the Chair is lacking on the lower lumbar of the back. The pressure rollers don't go quite low enough. That is where most nagging back pain is. Just above the Crack of your butt. Otherwise very happy. All electronis are smooth & work well. Remote is great a love it's hanging storage location. Handsome Chair. Very Happy for the most part.

The chair is okay. Not worth the money, difficult to operate and not as comfortable as I expected. I am 5'11" 210 and I feel like I am too big for it. I wish I never bought it. The return policy makes it way too difficult exchange the chair and get one that you would prefer.

The Osaki OS-3D Pro Cyber Massage Chair.....based on limited use appears to be an excellent product. A few initial glitches at set-up.....but was corrected immediately upon notice. Chair is a head turner for everyone who visits!

A+ customer service. From purchase to follow up PMC employees took care of me and made sure my delivery went smooth. The Kyota 486 4D massage chair is fantastic. The numerous settings make for a very tailored massage. It easily fits my 6'1" height and the power extending footrest is a major plus for tall people. My previous chair I had to constantly apply pressure to extend the rest, not very relaxing. Also prior to purchase I called Kyota and was concerned about a specific measurement. The rep went and took the measurement while I was on hold. Very friendly. I highly recommend PMC and the Kyota brand.
