Positive Posture Sol Massage Chair

I took a leap of faith to order the Osaki massage chair online. Prime massage was very responsive and seemed to be on the up & up. Everything went pretty smoothly, from ordering to in home delivery. After I used the chair, I noticed the bluetooth was not working and the foot massage never turned off. I contact Osaki, who sent out the parts for repair quickly and I am just waiting for them to schedule someone to come to the house to replace the parts. I am very happy with Osaki's customer support as well. What good is a 5 year extended warranty if you don't get a response? I would definitely buy again from Prime Massage Chairs!

The day it was installed, I laid back and slept for a 2 hour nap.

A+ customer service. From purchase to follow up PMC employees took care of me and made sure my delivery went smooth. The Kyota 486 4D massage chair is fantastic. The numerous settings make for a very tailored massage. It easily fits my 6'1" height and the power extending footrest is a major plus for tall people. My previous chair I had to constantly apply pressure to extend the rest, not very relaxing. Also prior to purchase I called Kyota and was concerned about a specific measurement. The rep went and took the measurement while I was on hold. Very friendly. I highly recommend PMC and the Kyota brand.

I use it a couple two or theee times a week and it really halps keep my lower back issues in check.

Been using my amamedic massage chair everyday. I am 5’ tall it is very comfortable adjusts to my size. Can relax, stimulate, stretch my muscles, depending on what I’m going to do. Really like the chair, I have a back issue bulged, herniated, compressed disks, helps problems.

My husband and I spent 10 days learning about massage chairs, including reading and watching reviews. We decided that the Titan Jupiter Premium LE was hopefully going to be the right fit for our needs since we are in our mid 60's and have had back problems for years. We made the right choice in purchasing this massage chair. Now we wish we had gotten one years earlier.
We highly recommend this chair, it's really been a great thing for our health.

I have had the chair for over a month now. It’s super nice and everyone in my house uses it every day. It has some modes that are a bit on the aggressive side and could have had more surface air coverage on the feet. Otherwise, I have been very happy and love it. I love to put on some meditation music in the chair and relax on a custom mode. My only problem is my guests keep falling asleep in it and therefore take up my chance to use it :)

I can’t keep my husband out of his new Osaki massage chair. He said that it has been life changing for him. He have regained mobility because muscles have relaxed to give him back more movement. Thanks osaki for given him so much back to life a better quality of life.

I have a recurring hip and back issue. This chair is better than the live massages I've gotten for many years because a chair could not get to ask my issues. That's something I thought I'd never experience. I've owned chairs for 15 years and this really changes the game. My Inada Dreamwave couldn't do nearly as much as this incredible chair🏄‍♂️
