4D Massage
The Osaki Pro Paragon is a 4D massage chair. The rollers move up and down, side to side, in and out, and adjustable speed allowing for a wider, deeper massage. This chair has 4 levels of adjustment for the 4D massage and 5 levels of speed.
Voice Recognition
Designed with voice recognition technology that you will appreciate. The Pro Paragon massage chair has a microphone located around the speaker that recognizes 9 different phrases. The phrases are:
The Multi-Angle feature allows the rollers to move up and down at angles on the hamstring area when the massage chair is reclined.
Body Scan Technology
This luxurious chair is designed with body scanning technology. Upon the start of the chair, a body scan will be conducted. The scan will detect the height of the user’s shoulders and can be adjusted to start the rollers at a higher or lower point.
You also have the option for a heated foot massage and can control the temperature and turn the heat on and off.
Automatic Leg Extension & Covered Footrest
At the start of the massage, the chair will conduct a scan of the legs. This will detect the length of the user’s legs. The ottoman will extend and retract once it reaches the desired position just apply pressure with the feet.
You can adjust the leg component with the remote. The footrest is covered over the toes which can keep your feet warmer during the massage.
Zero Gravity
This chair is also equipped with zero-gravity. While in zero-gravity the knees are placed above the chest and the complete weight of your back is supported by the backrest putting the body in the natural state of relaxation.

I took a leap of faith to order the Osaki massage chair online. Prime massage was very responsive and seemed to be on the up & up. Everything went pretty smoothly, from ordering to in home delivery. After I used the chair, I noticed the bluetooth was not working and the foot massage never turned off. I contact Osaki, who sent out the parts for repair quickly and I am just waiting for them to schedule someone to come to the house to replace the parts. I am very happy with Osaki's customer support as well. What good is a 5 year extended warranty if you don't get a response? I would definitely buy again from Prime Massage Chairs!

A+ customer service. From purchase to follow up PMC employees took care of me and made sure my delivery went smooth. The Kyota 486 4D massage chair is fantastic. The numerous settings make for a very tailored massage. It easily fits my 6'1" height and the power extending footrest is a major plus for tall people. My previous chair I had to constantly apply pressure to extend the rest, not very relaxing. Also prior to purchase I called Kyota and was concerned about a specific measurement. The rep went and took the measurement while I was on hold. Very friendly. I highly recommend PMC and the Kyota brand.

I have had the chair for over a month now. It’s super nice and everyone in my house uses it every day. It has some modes that are a bit on the aggressive side and could have had more surface air coverage on the feet. Otherwise, I have been very happy and love it. I love to put on some meditation music in the chair and relax on a custom mode. My only problem is my guests keep falling asleep in it and therefore take up my chance to use it :)
I can’t keep my husband out of his new Osaki massage chair. He said that it has been life changing for him. He have regained mobility because muscles have relaxed to give him back more movement. Thanks osaki for given him so much back to life a better quality of life.
I have a recurring hip and back issue. This chair is better than the live massages I've gotten for many years because a chair could not get to ask my issues. That's something I thought I'd never experience. I've owned chairs for 15 years and this really changes the game. My Inada Dreamwave couldn't do nearly as much as this incredible chair🏄♂️
