With Threshold Delivery your chair will arrive to you via a trusted freight company and in the factory box(es).

The shipping company will deliver your chair to the nearest ground-level entrance of your home, business or apartment building. They will not go up or down steps.

White Glove Delivery & Setup - Approx. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days

5 Year Extended Warranty - For the first 3 years Osaki covers Parts costs and Labor. The 4th & 5th year Osaki covers Parts costs.

Commercial Warranty - Osaki will provide up to 3 Years of Parts Replacement and will send out a technician (if needed) up to 2 times during the first 3 years you own the chair.

SL-Track Technology

The Osaki OS 4D Pro Maestro Is equipped with an SL-Track. The SL-Track starts at the neck, follows the curve of your back and down to the glutes and back of the thighs. The SL-Track allows for a consistent massage.

Heated Back Rollers

The Osaki Pro Maestro massage chair has a back heating system with infrared heated rollers that produce mild heat. The heated rollers give a larger heating area allowing the warmth to reach the muscles from your neck all the way down to your hamstrings.

Heated massage is known to help reduce tense muscles as well as make for a more pleasurable massage experience.

There is also the option to turn off the heated rollers if you desire.

Body Scanning

The Osaki 4D Maestro will scan your body upon the start of a massage. This scan will detect important parts of the neck and back to deliver consistent pressure to maximize your massage.

You can readjust the rollers once the scan is complete if you desire a higher or lower starting point.

Auto Leg Scan & Leg Extend

The Osaki Maestro massage chair scans your legs to optimize your leg and foot massage. When the scan starts the ottoman will extend out and then back in.

Once the ottoman reaches the desired position just apply pressure with your feet to stop the scanner. You can also use the remote to adjust the ottoman if you need it to extend or retract.

Manual Massage

The Osaki OS 4D Pro Maestro offers manual modes so you can customize your massage to fit your personal needs. The style massages the Maestro offers is Kneading, Tapping, Shiatsu, and Rolling with 4 different modes per massage style.

You can massage just a specific area or use one of the chairs custom settings for Neck/Shoulder, Lower back, and Air massage.

Full Body Airbag Massage

The Osaki Pro Maestro massage chair is designed with airbags throughout the massage chair that gives a compression massage. The airbags are located at the shoulders, arms, waist, pelvis, calf and feet areas. The air massage helps relieve pain and tension by increasing blood flow throughout the body.

Foot & Calf Kneading Massage

The foot roller provides a kneading massage to the bottom of your feet and along the sides. There is an added function that stretches and massages the bridge and heel of the foot.

The calves are massaged with air massage that inflates and initiates a kneading type massage increasing blood flow to the legs. The upper part of the leg rest offers air massagers that rotate in a circular motion.

Zero Gravity

The Osaki 4D Maestro comes with Zero Gravity which was inspired by NASA. While in the Zero Gravity position the weight of your back is supported by the backrest and the knees are brought above the chest. Zero Gravity takes the pressure off the spine maximizing the intensity of the massage.

Space Saver

The Osaki Maestro is designed with Space-Saving technology. The Maestro slides forward as it reclines requiring only 5” from the wall to recline fully.

Bluetooth Capability & HD Speakers

The Maestro comes equipped with Bluetooth which is great if you want to listen to music or even take a phone call. The blue light on the speakers lets you know when your device is synched.

The HD Speakers maximize your listening experience by reducing surrounding noise. The HD Speakers are located in the headrest.

Touch Screen LCD Remote Control

The Osaki Maestro massage chair comes with an easy to use slim LCD remote. The adjust recline, incline, auto, and home buttons are conveniently located at the bottom of the remote.

The touch screen allows the user to choose the desired massage and adjust other settings. You can select either Neck/Shoulder, Lower Back, Auto, Manual, Advance, or Air Massage as well as set the timer from 5 minutes up to 30 minutes.

Android & iPhone App

You can fully control your chair with your iPhone, Android, or Tablet. While on your device go to the APP store and download the APP. Once the app is downloaded you will have all the features your remote does.

Quick Control

Scraping: This is a scraping style massage moving from the inside of the body towards the outside. This helps to direct the blood flow better for a better massage.

Awesome choice I made

I searched and searched and read all about the different massage chairs. I bumped i into the AmaMedic Hilex. I decided this was the massage chair to fit my needs. Oh was I right. It feels like I went to heaven. I have 2 bulged discs in my back and neuropathy in my legs and feet and I’m m able to walk with less pain after I use the massage chair. Osaki OS 4000T Massage Chair

Love my new chair!

I took a leap of faith to order the Osaki massage chair online. Prime massage was very responsive and seemed to be on the up & up. Everything went pretty smoothly, from ordering to in home delivery. After I used the chair, I noticed the bluetooth was not working and the foot massage never turned off. I contact Osaki, who sent out the parts for repair quickly and I am just waiting for them to schedule someone to come to the house to replace the parts. I am very happy with Osaki's customer support as well. What good is a 5 year extended warranty if you don't get a response? I would definitely buy again from Prime Massage Chairs!

Osaki 4D Maestro LE 2.0 Massage Chair

Great company, awesome massage chair!

A+ customer service. From purchase to follow up PMC employees took care of me and made sure my delivery went smooth. The Kyota 486 4D massage chair is fantastic. The numerous settings make for a very tailored massage. It easily fits my 6'1" height and the power extending footrest is a major plus for tall people. My previous chair I had to constantly apply pressure to extend the rest, not very relaxing. Also prior to purchase I called Kyota and was concerned about a specific measurement. The rep went and took the measurement while I was on hold. Very friendly. I highly recommend PMC and the Kyota brand.

Osaki OS-Pro Admiral II Massage Chair

Amazing and well worth the investment

I have a recurring hip and back issue. This chair is better than the live massages I've gotten for many years because a chair could not get to ask my issues. That's something I thought I'd never experience. I've owned chairs for 15 years and this really changes the game. My Inada Dreamwave couldn't do nearly as much as this incredible chair🏄‍♂️
