The Zero Gravity position will be able to provide a much deeper tissue massage. When reclined in this position, the pressure is relieved off the back enhancing the massage experience. This perfect position aligns your back relative to your thigh at an optimal level of comfort. When reclined into the zero gravity position, the complete weight of your back is virtually supported by the backrest.
With this feature, it can potentially help improve spinal decompression and decreases muscle tension of the spine. There are 2 stages of zero gravity, the 2nd being more reclined. When reclined fully, to where your legs are higher than your heart level, the therapeutic effects are incredibly effective and may be felt immediately.
Heat Therapy
Located along the shoulder are 2 heating pads to apply heat, to loosen muscle tissue so that the rollers can apply a more effective and deeper massage. Heated massage may help relieve mild stress and tension in the neck and shoulders.
Quad Roller Head Massage System
The OS-7200H is equipped with twin rollers to mimic the feel of human thumbs & fingers, enhancing the massage experience.
Remote Control
The OS-7200H has 6 unique preset programs. In the manual massage mode for the upper body, there are three options; Six methods with various levels of speed and intensity that may be adjusted, and three kinds of width for the roller heads. The handheld remote has a bright LED display for easy use and operation.
Multi-Layer Pillow & Padding / Removable Head Cover
The neck and head region consist of 2 pads and 1 air pillow. The dual pad system allows the user to control the intensity of the massage, by removing the pads the massage will intensify. The innovative head pillow has 2 inflating airbags to apply a neck squeezing/massaging action. For hygiene purposes, the OS-7200H has a removable head cover that can be hand washed.
Auto Timer
5-30 minutes of usage can be programmed. This is a safety measure so that if the user falls asleep the massage will not keep running and cause possible muscle injuries.
iPod & MP3 Attachment
For your listening pleasure and convenience, located just behind the remote is a storage compartment for your MP3 or iPod/iPhone with a speaker connector.

I took a leap of faith to order the Osaki massage chair online. Prime massage was very responsive and seemed to be on the up & up. Everything went pretty smoothly, from ordering to in home delivery. After I used the chair, I noticed the bluetooth was not working and the foot massage never turned off. I contact Osaki, who sent out the parts for repair quickly and I am just waiting for them to schedule someone to come to the house to replace the parts. I am very happy with Osaki's customer support as well. What good is a 5 year extended warranty if you don't get a response? I would definitely buy again from Prime Massage Chairs!

A+ customer service. From purchase to follow up PMC employees took care of me and made sure my delivery went smooth. The Kyota 486 4D massage chair is fantastic. The numerous settings make for a very tailored massage. It easily fits my 6'1" height and the power extending footrest is a major plus for tall people. My previous chair I had to constantly apply pressure to extend the rest, not very relaxing. Also prior to purchase I called Kyota and was concerned about a specific measurement. The rep went and took the measurement while I was on hold. Very friendly. I highly recommend PMC and the Kyota brand.

We decided that the Titan Jupiter Premium LE was hopefully going to be the right fit for our needs since we are in our mid 60's and have had back problems for years. I have had the chair for over a month now. It’s super nice and everyone in my house uses it every day. It has some modes that are a bit on the aggressive side and could have had more surface air coverage on the feet. Otherwise, I have been very happy and love it. I love to put on some meditation music in the chair and relax on a custom mode. My only problem is my guests keep falling asleep in it and therefore take up my chance to use it :)
I can’t keep my husband out of his new Osaki massage chair. He said that it has been life changing for him. He have regained mobility because muscles have relaxed to give him back more movement. Thanks osaki for given him so much back to life a better quality of life.
I have a recurring hip and back issue. This chair is better than the live massages I've gotten for many years because a chair could not get to ask my issues. That's something I thought I'd never experience. I've owned chairs for 15 years and this really changes the game. My Inada Dreamwave couldn't do nearly as much as this incredible chair🏄♂️
