The Human Touch vision was to create a chair so extraordinary, it deserves to be called the Perfect Chair. By skillfully blending contemporary architecture with old-world craftsmanship, they laid the foundation for the chair’s bold yet classic look.

The Perfect Chair’s body-frame ergonomics are inspired by the neutral body posture chaise position developed by NASA to support astronauts during their ascent into orbit. The PC-610 uses a smooth power recline to independently position your recline angle and leg elevation into infinite comfort positions, all at the touch of a button.

This version of the Perfect Chair PC-610 is the comfort package and includes Black SofHyde synthetic leather upholstery.

The perfect chair had a few minor imperfect parts

I am a retired internist with very bad osteoarthritis and spinal problems. I purchased the chair and in putting it together, one of the small Phillips screws that fastened the final armrest had a remnant metal shard in the cross of the screw and when I tried to screw it in place, it wouldn’t turn, Then it popped out and it landed down into the glidepath and I went through a horrible ordeal trying to safely get the screw out of the glide so it wouldn’t damage anything. Virtually any object that gets to the glidepath can Potentially damage a very expensive investment. Please be more careful with the preparation of your hardware!

The standard pad that I purchased is not thick enough and although it is very comforting and I do enjoy it. It’s making my sciatica act up because it’s not “sumptuous” enough. I purchased this because my cousins have one each in Florida and when I visited them they were different than the one I got now. Overall, I’m satisfied but for the money spent, I would expect more quality in the coverings and the padding. I know you have More options for these things I’m Critiquing but because I have cats, I didn’t want to spend more $ running the risk of them destroying it overtime. In any event, overall, I’m very happy I made the purchase. I have a question about the foot rest posts. They seem to be stretching the material in correctly am I doing something wrong? Can I send you a photograph?Thank you for the opportunity to explain my experience .

A+ customer service. From purchase to follow up PMC employees took care of me and made sure my delivery went smooth. The Kyota 486 4D massage chair is fantastic. The numerous settings make for a very tailored massage. It easily fits my 6'1" height and the power extending footrest is a major plus for tall people. My previous chair I had to constantly apply pressure to extend the rest, not very relaxing. Also prior to purchase I called Kyota and was concerned about a specific measurement. The rep went and took the measurement while I was on hold. Very friendly. I highly recommend PMC and the Kyota brand.

Very Satisfied

I have had the chair for over a month now. It’s super nice and everyone in my house uses it every day. It has some modes that are a bit on the aggressive side and could have had more surface air coverage on the feet. Otherwise, I have been very happy and love it. I love to put on some meditation music in the chair and relax on a custom mode. My only problem is my guests keep falling asleep in it and therefore take up my chance to use it :)
