With Threshold Delivery your chair will arrive to you via a trusted freight company and in the factory box(es).

The shipping company will deliver your chair to the nearest ground-level entrance of your home, business or apartment building. They will not go up or down steps.

White Glove Delivery & Setup - Approx. Shipping Time 10-20 Business Days

Your chair will be shipped via freight to the white glove delivery company and they will contact you to schedule your delivery appointment once they've received it.

Airbags are located at the shoulders, arms, waist and pelvis, and calf areas. The total airbags have been reduced but cover more surface area than previous technology with far greater efficiency and reliability.

Regardless of body type, the adjustable shoulder massager can be easily tightened by pushing the massagers inwards. There are 3 adjustable sizes on each side. To reset to the default width simply push in all the way on both sides and it will release.

The side panel controller is designed that the user can easily control the chair without using a remote tablet. The user can adjust the 4D intensity, reclining positions, Zero Gravity, Auto massage program, and Heating function.

The Osaki OS-Pro Emperor has been thoughtfully designed with a wireless charger for the modern times of digital devices. The user can charge their smartphone on the wireless charging pad located at the top of the armrest.

Demo: This program will cycle through briefly all the different massages it has to offer.
Relax: This program utilizes a softer massage to help bring the user into a more relaxed state where the massage is less aggressive.
Swing: This program will massage the user while rocking in a back and forth movement to create a more calming state of mind and experience.
Stretch: This program will inflate certain regions pinning you to the chair and then proceed to stretch out the body from your legs to your shoulder while getting massaged

A+ customer service. From purchase to follow up PMC employees took care of me and made sure my delivery went smooth. The Kyota 486 4D massage chair is fantastic. The numerous settings make for a very tailored massage. It easily fits my 6'1" height and the power extending footrest is a major plus for tall people. My previous chair I had to constantly apply pressure to extend the rest, not very relaxing. Also prior to purchase I called Kyota and was concerned about a specific measurement. The rep went and took the measurement while I was on hold. Very friendly. I highly recommend PMC and the Kyota brand.

I have had the chair for over a month now. It’s super nice and everyone in my house uses it every day. It has some modes that are a bit on the aggressive side and could have had more surface air coverage on the feet. Otherwise, I have been very happy and love it. I love to put on some meditation music in the chair and relax on a custom mode. My only problem is my guests keep falling asleep in it and therefore take up my chance to use it :)
