Upon selecting an auto or custom massage, the chair scans your body height to determine where your shoulders are. You can adjust the rollers manually when the sensor beeps for several seconds. Press the up and down buttons to move the rollers to the desired starting position. Once the beeping stops the position of the rollers are set.
